MWLS Scholarship Program
To honor the memory of lost children and empower their surviving siblings, HFH awards three annual scholarships to graduating Missouri high school seniors who have lost a sibling through the MWLS Scholarship Program.
Eligibility: Graduating high school seniors residing in Missouri who have lost a sibling are eligible to apply for the HFH Scholarships.
Selection Criteria: Scholarship recipients are chosen based on a combination of factors, including:
- Academic merit: Demonstrated academic achievement through GPA, standardized test scores, and course rigor.
- Financial need: Documented financial hardship as determined by established criteria.
- Essay about loss: A personal essay reflecting on the experience of losing a sibling and how it has shaped their life and future goals.
